After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.
4.Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees vary based on the type, quantity, weight of the package, and your location. To get a shipping quote, add your selected items to the cart and enter your shipping address at the checkout page. Additional fees such as customs duties or handling charges may apply.
5.Shipping Issues:
Please note that we are not liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered items, or any other logistics issues resulting from the actions or omissions of the carrier/parcel service company.
In the event that the ordered items fail to deliver to the address provided (provided that the address is correct) or are lost in transit, we reserve the right to conduct a comprehensive investigation and tracing process, which may take up to 15 days. We will keep you informed of the progress and outcomes of the investigation in order to determine appropriate and reasonable measures.
